Dear Will:

I should have written to you before this but I just couldn't. I lost my husband two years ago last April 10, 1980 - James Demi.

Jim would have been at the reunion had he been here. He talked so much about all the fellows so I'm sure he would have enjoyed it.

I have his book, 44th Liberators over Europe. the pictures of all the crew chiefs are in it. Mike Curtain was the crew chief on the plane he worked on ("Myrtle the Fertile Turtle"). I have a lot of his pictures from that time. There is also a letter to the officers and men of the 201st combat wing of the eighth Air Force. It's about the accounts of the attack on the Romanian oil refineries by heavy bombers of the Eighth and Ninth Air Forces. It was signed by H. H. Arnold. If there is any information or pictures I might have here, I would be glad to get copies made and send to you.

Well, take care now and enjoy life!

Mrs. James L. Demi
